AuraDao Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AuraDao. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for Tao-inspired jewelry, Feng Shui pieces, talismans, bracelets, pendants, blessing cards, and spiritual ornaments.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
Estimated delivery times:
- China: 3–7 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Other international regions: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes only. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, order value, package weight, and available shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for eligible orders or promotional campaigns. Please refer to the shipping options shown at checkout.
4. International Shipping
AuraDao serves international customers where shipping is available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
AuraDao is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and allow additional time for customs or carrier updates.
If your package appears to be lost or has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number. We will help review the shipment status with the carrier where possible.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
AuraDao is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged item.
We will review your case and may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution according to our Refund and Return Policy.
